Data controller

Kra Ange Fabien Jephté, trading as "KRA Axiom", based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire (see the legal notice), is the controller for the data described here. For any question about your data, write to support@pwa2app.tech.

The public website

The public website (outside the connected application) sets no tracking cookie and uses no third-party audience-measurement service. Only your theme and language preference may be kept locally in your browser, without any identifier and without being sent to the server.

The platform (connected application)

• Account data: e-mail address, name, language, organization.
• Security data: IP address and browser of your sessions, your organization's activity log.
• Project data: application configuration, versions, build artifacts, build logs.
• Billing data: subscribed plan, amounts, invoices; PWA2APP never receives or stores any card data (handled exclusively by our payment provider).

Purposes and legal basis

This data is processed to perform the contract between you and PWA2APP (providing the service, billing), on the basis of a legitimate interest (account security, fraud and abuse prevention, service improvement), and, for optional marketing communications, on the basis of your consent.

Sub-processors and recipients

• Infrastructure hosting: Hostinger, on a virtual private server (VPS) with data located in France.
• Online payment: GeniusPay, which processes payment data on our behalf; PWA2APP never receives the card number.
• Transactional e-mail delivery (account confirmation, invoices, security alerts): a third-party technical provider, which has no access to your account content beyond sending the message.
• Your data is never sold, rented, or used by a third party for advertising purposes.

Location and transfers

Data is hosted in France. If you reside outside the European Union or Côte d'Ivoire, using the service involves a transfer of your data to this hosting country; this transfer is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

Retention periods

• Active account: for as long as you use the service.
• Inactive account: a warning is sent after 24 months without a login; the account and associated data are deleted after 36 months of inactivity, unless you log in again in the meantime.
• Security and activity logs: 3 years.
• Invoices: 10 years, in accordance with the accounting obligations of applicable law (OHADA).
• You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to documents we are legally required to keep (notably invoices).

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and objection over your data. You can export or delete your account directly from your workspace, or write to support@pwa2app.tech. The applicable framework is Ivorian law no. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data (supervisory authority: ARTCI) and, for individuals residing in the European Union, the GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with ARTCI or, where applicable, the data protection authority of your country of residence.
