Data processing agreement (DPA)

This agreement applies whenever you entrust PWA2APP with personal data for the purposes of the service (notably through your account and your projects). It supplements the terms of use.

Qualification of the parties

For personal data processed in connection with your use of PWA2APP, you act as the data controller and PWA2APP acts as the data processor, within the meaning of Ivorian law no. 2013-450 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Subject matter, nature and duration

PWA2APP processes the personal data strictly necessary to provide the service (hosting your configuration, running builds, managing your account and organization), for the duration of your contract with PWA2APP.

Categories of data and data subjects

The categories of data processed are those described in the privacy policy (accounts, security, projects). The data subjects are the members of your organization with access to PWA2APP. PWA2APP does not receive or process any data relating to the end users of your own applications.

PWA2APP's obligations

  • Process data only on your documented instructions (your account and project configuration) and for the purposes set out herein.
  • Ensure that persons authorized to process the data are bound by confidentiality.
  • Implement the technical and organizational security measures described on the Security page.
  • Reasonably assist the controller in responding to data subject rights requests.
  • Notify any data breach affecting your data without undue delay after becoming aware of it, with the information then available.
  • Return or delete the data at the end of the contract, per the periods stated in the privacy policy, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (notably accounting).

Sub-processors

PWA2APP informs you of any substantial change of sub-processor; you may object for a reasonable data-protection-related reason, under the terms set out in the terms of use.

  • Hostinger — infrastructure hosting (VPS), data located in France.
  • GeniusPay — payment processing (no card data transmitted to PWA2APP).
  • A technical provider for transactional e-mail delivery.

Audit and oversight

You may request from PWA2APP the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with the above obligations. For the Enterprise plan, a bilaterally signed copy of this agreement can be provided on request.
