Terms of use and sale

Purpose

PWA2APP is a service published by Kra Ange Fabien Jephté, trading as "KRA Axiom" (see the legal notice). It analyzes a Progressive Web App, generates a native application project, compiles it and lets you sign it. Features marked "Soon" on the public roadmap are not part of the service until delivered.

Account and organization

You must provide a valid e-mail address and accurate information, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any action taken from your account; two-factor authentication (TOTP or security key) is strongly recommended. Report any suspicious activity without delay to security@pwa2app.tech.

Application slots and pricing

The first 3 application slots are free for life; they are counted for life and are not recovered when an application is deleted. A paid subscription applies from the 4th application, at the rates published on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

Payment and billing

Payments are processed by our payment provider (GeniusPay); PWA2APP never receives or stores any card data. An invoice is issued for each successful payment and is available from your workspace. A plan change never modifies a subscription in progress: it takes effect at the next renewal, with no proration and no immediate payment of the difference. Amounts paid are non-refundable, except in case of a clear billing error attributable to PWA2APP, which gives rise to a credit note or refund as appropriate.

Domains and content

You may only build a production version for a Progressive Web App whose domain you control, verified through the service's procedure. You warrant that you hold the rights necessary for the content you submit and are solely responsible for its lawfulness. Acceptable use of the service is set out in the dedicated policy.

Suspension and termination

In case of non-payment or breach of these terms, PWA2APP may suspend the application or account concerned after at least 7 days' written notice, except in case of a security emergency, proven fraud or manifestly unlawful content, where suspension may be immediate. You may terminate your subscription at any time from your workspace; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting an account results, after the period stated in the privacy policy, in the deletion of the associated data.

No publication guarantee

PWA2APP does not guarantee that Apple, Google or any other store will accept your applications. Publication remains subject to their review process, whose rules evolve independently of us.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PWA2APP is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data or opportunity). Except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, PWA2APP's total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.

Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve. Any substantial change is notified to you by e-mail or by a banner in the application at least 30 days before it takes effect; continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. The version history appears at the bottom of this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Abidjan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
